Este método utiliza dispositivos divisores fabricados con elementos de guías de ondas ópticas de silicio que se traduce en una baja perdida de inserción, alta uniformidad, y perdida de baja polarización. 

Cuanta con un soporte para Rack o Gabinete de 19in, con puertos SC o LC en versiones UPC o APC. Están disponibles en varias configuraciones de puertos que van desde 8 a 32 puertos de salida.
